A-1 Mini Storage was developed in 1978 and has continued to be locally owned and operated by the original owners since it was built. Our focus is to serve and appreciate the needs of our customers by providing the best customer service, competitive rates and an attractive, secure facility. A-1 Mini Storage was the first storage facility in Gainesville to provide a Resident Manager. We take pride in the quality of our service and maintain the highest of professional standards. We are a member of the Florida Self Storage Association, the National Self Storage Association and the Gainesville Chamber of Commerce.

A-1 Mini Storage is located on Southwest 34th Street between Archer Road and Williston Road. We are next door to the Regional Post Office and within 2 miles of the University of Florida campus, the University of Florida at Shands Hospital and the UF Veterinary School.

Our electronic gated access hours are 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. seven (7) days a week. With a proven emergency need we will provide 24 hour access to long established businesses for a small additional fee.
